Information we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, authentication tokens, organization or business name you provide.
• Signage content: images, video, text, playlists, schedules, and other media you upload or create for displays.
• Device & usage: app version, device type, player identifiers, approximate diagnostics, and crash logs needed for reliability.
• Purchase data: subscription status and product identifiers from app stores or our billing provider (we do not receive your full payment card number).

How we use information

• Provide remote display control, playlists, and related features.
• Authenticate you, enforce plan limits (including screen counts), and manage organizations.
• Process subscription entitlements.
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
• Respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party advertisements inside ILY Sign. We may tell you about other products in our own ecosystem (including ILY at ily.chat).

Media for your signs is stored in private cloud object storage. Application servers coordinate accounts and permissions; access to media uses time-limited signed URLs where applicable.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate ILY Sign, including:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, object storage, email delivery) under contract.
• App stores or payment processors for subscriptions.
• When required by law, or to protect users and the Service.

Retention

We retain account and content data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request deletion via [email protected].

Changes
